Rewiring of existing properties.
The electrical systems here in Spain allow us to rewire your property with a minimal amount of disruption in comparison to a similar rewire job back in the UK or Ireland.

A network of underground tubes allows us to pull new cables to your socket switch & lighting points without the need for moving furniture from room to room while pulling up floorboards & carpets. Rewiring jobs can be relatively easy here in Spain.

And for a minor financial outlay Complex based apartments can usually be rewired within a couple of days with the minimum of fuss.

New Installations
For those building a house or work place from scratch we can provide a start to finish service from supplying the necessary temporary builders supply to obtaining the correct electrical licenses and project, to installing the new electrical system to issuing the final completion certificate (boletin).

New Fuseboards
Quite often the old fuseboards found in peoples apartments or houses are too small to cope with the Electrical system that it’s being asked to control. The result is usually overloading of circuits with continual tripping of fuses.

In most cases this can be easily rectified.

A larger fuseboard with a better arrangement & distribution of power between the circuits will usually do the trick.

Our experience in this field together with our knowledge of the Spanish Electrical regulations makes this type of work a relatively straightforward and an easy job to execute. But please beware of those who aren’t trained to do this kind of work. They usually leave more problems than you will of had before.

Typical Minor Electrical Jobs
As they say, Large enough to cope, small enough to care!! If all you require is a simple extra socket or switch please call us. Our basic labour charges are a mere 25euros per hour. Which we think is a small price to pay for a professional service.

Common minor work requests include erecting & putting up ceiling fans, turning single sockets to double sockets, installing an outdoor sensor light, installing a garden light, changing a cooker... if it’s an electrical job we can do it.
