Please note

If you are using our services to get re-connected we cannot commence acting on your behalf until we receive both our fee plus an agreed amount so as to be able to pay Endesa both your outstanding balance (debt) & Endesa administration charges.

This will include;

• Money owed for any unpaid electricity bills
• And money required for the re-connection charge.
